im sick of my account being hacked can i hava a new one

hi i got a runscape account and i got hacked i think 4 times in the past 6 mounths and i cant recover it enymore i was notised how i said was a level 94 with almost 30m cash and a ags but i got hacked i have bin playing for 8years now and i dont wana start over or quit!!!!
